Haha. Exactly.
Ive been wondering what ours even does lately. Weve got 1 or 2 projects total. They never try to get new work. I think he thinks his job is to monitor me and become angry. Thinks he is the programming and web guru. Only actually knows one thing fairly well, Coldfusion, and has never even tried a real OOP language. Cant even attempt to design anything. Looks down on me like Im unskilled because Im not a programmer. Even though my skill in CF is not far behind his and Ive had no training. Shoots down any idea anyone ever has. Keeps me down - I have more potential than Im allowed to use. Im not even allowed to FTP even though Ive been doing it for years. Oh I guess thats what he does all day.
