Succubus. Probably a very manipulative girl as well. This is a tough situation and there is no easy way out. You have to be very direct in this situation and start to draw lines. The longer you, as his friend, keep triying to be cordial and poliet the worse it will get. I know senario well, and your friend REALLY needs YOUR help to get out of it. Love makes you blind for sure, but it can also make you powerless. Say everything you think and be totally honest.
