If you boght a dual 2.7 G5 to video chat just go back to PC :D
Very soon you would be able to use skype for that, skype>skype no matter what plataform. You can already do it with voice!!
In most cases yes, uninstall is just drop the folder in the trash. But you have software that comes with uninstall. What happens is that Macs have the application and all the pref and sets in diferent places. So you also maybe want to get way all the prefs of the application, then go to your Library>aplication Suport or/and
Library>preferences and delete all files related with the application you want to uninstall.Hope I helped
