    That's the kind of thing someone says when they're trying to confuse someone. It's so vague it's laughable.

    Again. Where's the test? How can I, me, with only high school science, observe this in action?

    Another question for you, assuming for a moment that ID is in fact, true.

    To whom would you attribute the design to?

    A god? Or an extra terrestial civilization?
