frames: the final word

well , personaly , i dont like frames very much , but i know how to use it and will use them if i want to /is required.
Examples :
i used it recently at http://www.galerieverticale.com/… and i used them for my portfolio too.
I think the main advantage of frames is when they are used like i do . As in , to keep the content of the site always with the design ... see for example galerie verticale , those are actualy IFrames btw , well i wouldnt have used that , well then , the page with alot of content would scroll for ever and have no design visible on screen , so it would be plain text and design only at the top ... by putting the content in a Iframe , well then the design is always visible and i think it makes the boring text more enjoyable and seem less long ...
If you use frames only to have the menu always to your left, then i think its pretty gay :) well so far at least.
Btw i only would use Iframes cuz they are sooo much more fun to use than framesets.
