Well,
A teacher I used to have was strongly against frames stating that search engines pick up crap from them (only single frames or something). So I said ok. Then I found a script that you could apply so that the frames can't be viewed individually--only in the frameset.
Personally I believe they are good if used properly. Just looking for input.
