that's bites!!
I've had 4 attempted muggings. I say attempted, because I've lost a grand total of nothing. but then I get mugged by morons.
#1. 2 guys stop me and a mate in the street. one pins my mate against the wall and takes his cash. the other asks if he can have some of my chips. i tell him to buy his own damn chips, and he leave's it at that.
#2. guy at a busy tramstop (with plenty of people around - who didn't do a fucking thing except watch). demanding 40c. Obviously just wanting me to get my wallet out because he went mental when I told him I didn't have 40c. Got a flykick to the face (which strangely didn't hurt at all) before he pissed off. 5 minutes later his mate comes back and asks again!!
#3. me and 2 mates got followed down an alley way by a gang of 7. knives pulled on us. mates got cleaned out. I get asked to hand over my watch. I told them it was fake and they wouldn't want it. wasted enough time debating whether it was real or not that they had run before they could get anything off me
#4. snatch and grab at an ATM. managed to shove the money back up the slot so he couldn't grab the cash, pushed him away and pulled it back out. He then apologises and asks me if I can lend him some money. I told him where to go and walked off. Started to follow me and harrass me, so I just started walking to the cop station inside the train station (where we were). rather than bolting out of there, HE RACES ME TO THE COP SHOP, and bursts in just before me ranting about me stealing his mobile phone. Obviously he forgot that there were a few dozen witnesses! So he spent the night there and I went on my merry way.
guess I'm just lucky ;)
