We've been going through some major rebranding efforts where I work, and it is not easy.

People lose sight of the fact that the major component is what the branding collectively portrays. It is not just a logo, it is not just a new font, etc.
We're trying to rebrand our law firm to match how we feel about the firm, how our clients percieve us, etc.

It's hard, but very fun. The firm has been around for about 6 years and has a great reputation. The approach is generally to move forward from descriptions about ourselves that sound like we just opened our doors, to sound like we've had wonderful success and attracted many excellent clients.

My component is redesigning our website for the most part.

But I really enojy looking at everything with the approach of best representing ourselves NOW and for the future, and doing away with what makes us looks like we just started.
