i could do it for 1/10 that!
what you need:
some finished 1/1" stock to make a frame out of.
a router borrowed from a friend to groove the frame.
a piece of screen
an iron
a piece of cotton to go between the iron and shirt.
a squeegie ($10 max)
ink(could use housepaint... I knew an artist guy who did that... he just picked up the offcolour oil-based paints at the local hardwear store.) 1 gallon will last you forever!
