there isn't anything complicated there. a png is like a jpg but can have an alpha. So save your mov out to a folder of png images then load them in and put then in a flash file then save just the mov out. Then make the other flash part and load this mov swf when needed. THe only reason to seperate it is because this mov file is going to be large.
