Your cellphone won't work there, you can rent one for as long as you want when you land at Narita (desk next to the one you'll buy the Narita Express tickets to go to Tokyo). I think it's like 1500 yens + calls.

(Aug 2 05, 09:48)are you sure about that? I know if you have a GSM phone and calll up your provider they should be able to make your phone work in Tokyo. It will just go off whatever company they have there.
