Hopefully they don't know how to delete the history files. That way you can see everything. Otherwise, put a password on it (the one that comes up as soon as you turn the computer on) so that they have to ask you permission before they can use the computer. It's almost impossible to use the computer without knowing that password, and that way they won't be on too much when you're not around.
