In the future you ahould have a contract (or at least an email) with an agreed upon date of delivery. That way, you can prove to your boss that it ws the printer who dropped the ball.
Just because they do it for free, beleive me, they're writing it off on their taxes and MAKING money off you, so don't feel too bad about it.
As far as what to do now, just be nice to the guy. Tell himy your boss is gonna hand your ass to you if you don't get your shit, and anything he can do to speed it along would be greatly appreciated.
