    haven't you. it's really, really good.

    anyway, really easy what you need to do. split it down into parts, that's the best way. first, install phpMyAdmin on your server:

    this isn't as quick as using MySQL on the command line, but it is great when you're starting out. this will build your database for you (do some quick reading up on data types for your table columns).

    then you'll need a quick tutorial on writing to a db and one for reading from a db, both of which you'll get from php freaks.

    and that's it! from then on, it's about making your stuff bigger, better, faster, stronger.
