penectomy will be even more effective but you have to wonder about these kind of solutions.
we don't cut our small toe off because there might get some dirt between or make bad food to prevent people eating too much
i blame Judaism for introducing this logic, and deciding it for an infant or a child when there is no medical necessity should be a crime, just like female circumcision is in most western countries.
(i know that one is way worse but its about the princyple of human freedom)
