Try this:
When you're excited about working on a proj and are truckin' along, stop. Leave something you're excited about unfinished. Don't blow all your creativity in one session, so to speak. That leaves somehting for you to be excited about for furthering the project. Like, pacing yourself. Don't run too fast at the beginning of the race, or don't eat too fast at first, but pace yourself creatively. That's the key for me finishing a proj.
