food: trail mix... especially if it has dried cranberries..mmmm
gatorade powder...to mask the taste of the swamp watter with iodine you're drinking...
pringles... less air, more carbs!
jerky and or cheese(it should last 2 days)
gummi candy, because it's delicious
hot chocolate mix (or sanka)
cause a hot drink in the morning/night is always welcomeyou could also make yourself some sammiches before you go, preferably on a dense bread so they have staying power.
