I dunno, but I never ever had problems with a client. Never, I swear, in more than 5 years of freelancing. The worst ever happened was that the money came 3 months late, and I rarley make a real contract up.
Maybe people need to trust their feelings more when they talk to someone, and be able to ignore the possible money thats in there and just walk away from it.
