he responds with this.
Derek,
As u seem to be not capable of having this conversation on a telephone for whatever reason i will reply to you by email.
I also clearly remember our Msn conservation, where you were upset about the value of the bike and concerned with its present state. The bike cost me 400$ and then 148.62 to decal, when given to you nothing had ever been wrong with it. Im not a mechanic and if you say you certain oil requirements are necessary ill take your word for it. You ended our conversation with me saying you had already ordered parts to the tune of 40$ and would rather keep the bike. Im sure you have MSN history and can prove that to yourself derek!
As far as your regular terms i paid you the first portion of payment the bike and 400$ well before you had come anywhere near completing this website. As far as im concerned you were paid close to 70% before the site was 50% done. I have also had the site quoted by numerous web designers from an internet forum i was directed too and have been told numeroulsy that i heavily overpaid for this site. I justified this with the fact that i thought i had someone i could trust who maintain it and keeping me on the cutting edge of the industry and for this i would be willing to pay more.
Now you are threatening my website and in turn my business, this is not a good idea derek i do not take threats kindly. I have only been reasonable with you if you take this step you will regret it derek. If you would like the remaining portion of your invoice withing the next forty eight hours then you need to pick up the phone and discuss this situation with me like a man. Im treating you within the rules of the marketing industry yet u are threatening me like you are some kind of bad ass remember who you are dealing with i think it makes alot more sense dealing with me as a friend instead of an enemy.
Sincerely
Shereef Shiaty
