  The future of space exploration will be funded by corporations. The US government can't afford to fund all its military activity AND the exploration of space... So just like every other government responsibility, it will be privatised. Then we can make all the big companies even richer when we by the ‘must have’ apartment in Niketown on the moon, or that five bedroom iPenthouse on Titan.
