I thought they knew who this guy was, he didn't respond, they took him down and were afraid he was going to blow himself up so they shot him to death.
Or not. Who really knows.
All I know is if I was taking down a dude who was a suspected suicide bomber I would in no friggin way want to be near him during the process. Damn scary taking down a guy who might have a bomb on him.
