thank you all for the comments. these damn things are the scariest moments of my life and as the doc says, "is all in my head". i had to go home early from work the other day because i was up the night before with one. as shitty as it sounds i am comforted that other out there suffer from the same. it gives me hope that it is in my head and that i can deal with them. and xanax helps.
