You should definitely eat all the food you can from street vendors in your last hours of stay. That's smart. You get to eat all the tasty dirty contaminated food that we all love so much but avoid, without the worries of using a public washroom in Mexican soil.
* if you can, once you check in at the airport, run outside for half a dozen tacos and a corn with chili, and for dessert get some fruit in a cup and some ice cream.
