I let a friend stay with me last year, and it was a major mistake. He was kind of a close friend throughout h.s. and college, and I let him mooch off of me...for 6 months. I finally had to ask him to leave because I think he planned on staying forever.
He got real offended, and got my former roommates against me. We haven't spoken since then. He really caused a lot of headaches, and that's a major understatement!
