i acutally see Paula and Milton having styles
Paula is great and most well known for Citi and setting the style for NYC in some sort with her posters.
yeap very true. marketing is very key in this industry. just like NoPattern (chuck) who is a good marketer.
as for the egoistic eliitst view. i think it happens in every path of life. and i think everyone has that ego or some sort. alot of are shameful or less confident about showing work at times.
i think ego can be healthy as long as u are willing at least listen to crit. but telling someone with extensive experience that they know nothing is very typical of young designers (i am not saying any one of you are, its cause its the trend in every designer, my self used to be one until someone great told me i sucked).
one of the most tame and nicest designer out there, let me rephrase, GREAT young talent is Sam Dallyn http://www.samdallyn.co.uk but even he has some what of a good dose of ego.
