indeed
i think like many other designers has made a mark with his style. i like how he puts things to perspective in terms of being self indulgent. most of us like many other follow what is new and trend out there. yet there are these guy who believe in their work that they set a style of their own.
it is true that there is some truth in to what he says about the next coming. i would say YWFT has set a pretty good set but yet they didnt make that significant impact in the print arena. imo.
maybe it was the advent of the web where things got more diverse. but i could see the swiss minimalistic design as the movement that has been post Carson but i dont see one person leading it. i see a multitude of people leading this.
as we know it, now it is the hand drawn style that has become some what more mainstream in this design world.
whats next? i am not talented enough to know or start a styel
