Ah,
Im just one of those donkeys that has devoted themselves to the mosters of modernism. I studied under one, I read them...I look at the universal principles of design and think wow, that is sexy.
I remember carson gave a one man show at my school. Everything appeared to be rushed and showed a complete lack of thought. I was not impressed but respected him as a designer for what he had accomplished.
Then he had to speak about his work where he pronounced that all the work had been done in under an hour, and the only way to break rules is to not know them...and after a few drinks made a reference to there never being a designer like him in the future.
Since then no matter what his work I see it being done by an individual that snuck upon the design scene, knows he did so, and gloats about it.
Plus he got drunk and hit on all the chicks. haha.Thats about it.
