    Reluct - Yes, director is able to do it, but still requires the use of other platforms such as ASP in combination. I want to do it in Flash because theres not many Grandmas out there looking for windows with Shockwave installed on their Browsers. Is that ageist?

    Anyway I was thinking along your lines, A form in ASP that simply uploads your photo to the server and gives it a unique name. ONce its uploaded it then opens a flash movie that somehow dynamically retrieves the name of the image file and then loads it straight into Flash as if it was an SWF. Is it possible to dynamically load a jpg into Flash? whats the procedure?
