small or large, only matter if you care about the money.
If you have the chance to work with friends, (hopefully sharing similar ideas and thoughts) that is the best thing in the world, at least for me.
It's hard but if you find the right people it can bring you more satisfaction than working on a large agency where the only true merit that you have is being in the chair at the time "they" got that big account.at least for me, other people might thing the complete opposite.
