looks good man. i agree with what everyone else has said so far...
the second tag line on the image is sort of throwing off the balance, IMHO... I would be tempted to scrap that, if the client allows it and move the logo onto the image... which would also save you some of that header room and move the content higher up on the page... just an idea though... not sure it would work, but thats what came to mind when i first looked at it.
