There is nothing worse for someone trying to manage a business when a 'key' member walks...comittment to goals turns into damage control which turns into everyone assuming extra duties until a replacement can be found.
chances are the replacement will be a bozo and everyone will walk around in denial until the everything is so fucked up that the owner starts cracking skulls.
I have personally witnessed this at least 5 times.
Be sure that you understand that sometimes 'going the extra distance' and taking responsibilities for things outside of your realm can be taken advantage of and not rewarded. You need to understand that you are to blame for this. This is part of the anger part you need to let go to communicate effectively
