Email shows no attonation and is subjective to the readers mood, attitude, and general knowledge of the subject. You have no control as soon as you hit send. FACT.
You are scared becuase you have not yet thought out precisely the way to communicate what you have to say.
Practise makes perfect. Prepare yourself to discuss things constructively with a positive outcome for the work place.
Make your points and back them up with facts. Leave all of the unecessary emotion in your practise sessions. Speak your mind.
Be prepared for promotion or expulsion.
