I know I am probably in the minority here, but I feel he raises good points about Gitmo. We do need the information fron those prisoners, there does need to be a change. More information keeps us safe at home and our soldiers safe abroad.
And if any of you have any problems with the way we are "torturing" their POW's, read books or stories written by POW's of past wars. They way we treat them is very humane compared to the way that they treated their captives.
One story sticks out in particular where a British serviceman in Iraq had his teeth drilled repeatedly. They would also beat him with 2x4's and the butts of their gun. His only escape from the torture was when his body would shut down, allowing him a few precious moments respite from the pain.
Im not saying I'm for the war, but I want our men to come home safe, and I want to be safe at home.
Ok, im getting off my soapbox.
