I wouldn't worry too too much, most new motherboards will increase the power to the fan if the temp increases. If the cpu die's temp is 45 you should be ok, in gernal AMD's stock heatsink/fan combos are not that great so they tend to run a little high anyways.
I have seen AMD chips run from 54-57 degrees without beeing damaged (although if you get above 50 id start to get concerned)
If you are really worried, I am not sure wha your setup is like but you could underclock it and lower the vcore and that would most likely reduce the temperature.
