It's nice to hear, that your friend is coming to germany. I live in Berlin. Spring has just begun, the weather is getting sweeter every day. People start to go to the parks again, cafes are opening up, concerts,party, exhibitions, fun.....
But, she should be prepared, that people are a little bit political, these times. Some might want to share their view of the iraq-conflict with her, when they hear an american accent. Which doesn't mean, that she is not going to have a great time, in this awesome city. ;-)
