no no... or perhaps im misunderstanding what your saying?
okay- for example- i have a guitar solo sample, that starts at say 0:24. When Im in the sequencer and playing with the song, sometimes I want to press play at 0:53- though the guitar sample doesn't play, as it has to be triggered at 0:24. IE- Reason doesn't play samples halfway through relative to where they are on the timeline, they only play if they are triggered, and if so, always start at your designated start point.
If Im in Logic, no sample needs to be triggered, they just play according to their time on the arrange/timeline/sequencer.
Surely you must get this if you use alot of samples?
