I had a print shop in Tampa do all my printing and binding and had the cover done in Seattle at a screen printer shop (they do all my prints these days). I had to print the cover on a 10pt cover, I think the paper is 100 pounds. I can't recall perfectly. But I think 100... Are you thinking of doing a book? I wanted my book printed on one side so it up'ed the cost alot. Paper is more costly then ink.
