Steve Jobs says: there are several strategies to getting through to who you need to talk to.
1) try other venues. you may be calling to cancel your credit card, but oops, you hit the button that takes you to credit app sales rep. funnily enough you'd be talking to the same person either way...
2). hit random buttons. you might confuse the call mgmnt system and it could forward you to customer service. they love directing calls - it's better than taking complaints!
3). hit 0. in many cases that will take you to customer service or directy to a sales rep.
