no you won't have to get a new turbo every other month. that sounds like an exaggeration. turbo saabs and v6 saabs has had a reliable history in teh US. maybe it's different in Europe although i thought they're all made in sweden.
it does however seem like saab isn't going to be around much longer. poor sales and lack of support from GM, who loves buying brands, taking their technology, neglecting them, and dropping them, has the swedish government trying to buy out saab from gm so that saab employees can have jobs.anyway, the 9-2x is a great bargain if you like the car. i am pretty sure you can get a brand new one for 19k after all te rebates and discounts.
