tested this blurring with aliased verdana 9, 11,12,13; static and dynamic
with 5 lines of text
with line spacing 2,3,5,10
and did not see any kind of blurring.
you may however check the transform panel whether _xscale and _yscale are both %100.0
not %100.1 or something like this.

Interesting. I had checked everything that I could find and everything was sized as it should be, and on a pixel coordinate. If it was just the size and position of the text I would expect to see it blurred regardless of the linespacing.
It was at 10pt. though. Did you try that?
