But yeah, cold call it. Do like so:
"Hello, I wanted to tell you that I just checked out your website and it's horrible, I want you to know that I can redo your website so much better. You know, I'll just get all up in that code and just get some CSS goin' and flash it up right? Everyone's gonna be talking about your new site and not behind your back like they do now."
"Not interested thanks".
"Ok sir, I have your address as 78 Rickshaw Ave, is this correct?"
"Well yeah, why?"
"Sir you might want to reconsider my offer, I'll be in touch".
