Without going into great detail about the specifics of my projects. No, it wasn't fishy.
A decompiler is a tool, no one is going to base their career on decompiling swf's.
I can't believe that anyone would be so concerned about people looking at their actionscript. If you put it on the internet people are going to look at it. Even Google is working on decompiling software to make flash movies searchable.
