yep work 1:1 plus what clerk says but make sure you resize in equal steps or else you will get odd aliasing. for instance if you work in 75 dpi you can resize to 150, 300, 600 etc. by using nearest neighbour without losing quality / no aliasing. if you work in 72 dpi, copy the copy document and paste it in a 75 dpi document (or else you have to calculate 2 * 72, 3 * 72 etc.)
