Sorry people. Smokers need to be legally prohibitted from giving others diseases. they have the morals of fleas. Ever see a smoker put a butt in the garbage instead of the street? No, and that's just nitpicking, but it makes the point.
As far as economic studies go, who are you in sympathy with? Phillip Morris??? Would you have demanded economic studies on what the abolition of slavery would have done to plantation owners in the South?
Yes, it's true about the entire state. NYC goes into effect on March 30. California has had the law for years.
