2. Stretch. Hold arm straight out, palm up, then pull your fingers down with the other hand.
3. Get used to it.

Also, you can do reverse wrist curls. I got it from rock climbing, and started doing reverse wrist curls and the pain went away in a month or so. I would sit on a chair with my forearm resting on the chair arm, palm down...holding a 5 or 10 pound weight, and do a wrist curl straight up in that position. Also the stretching mentioned above.

Yep. Like that ^ but I find it's more effective with the hand pointing down.

I'm 99% sure kung fu is the source of my problem... Sadly because I really like it. I am going to my class this evening to see how my elbow will react, i took a 12 days break.. let's see how it goes. If its bad after the class, i will take the rest of the year off from it, 3-4 weeks.

Carrying my D800+Nikkor glass gave me tennis elbow. That combined with the Wacom for editing was a brutal combination. I don't shoot much these days and it is fine.
Acupuncture did help some. There are some pressure points that worked wonders (like while golfing, I'd press while in the cart and it really helped).
