Also, you can do reverse wrist curls. I got it from rock climbing, and started doing reverse wrist curls and the pain went away in a month or so. I would sit on a chair with my forearm resting on the chair arm, palm down...holding a 5 or 10 pound weight, and do a wrist curl straight up in that position. Also the stretching mentioned above.
