Don't forget the cuban revolution started with like 6 rag tag men, not even soldiers.
ISIS is small now but if they get the groundswell and people joining them in droves, anything can happen...

The US air force has told an atheist airman he must swear his re-enlistment oath to God or he will not be allowed to reenlist, according to the American Humanist.

Well its tough to answer your question because you just can't compare something like the Military Industrial Complex and Saddam Hussein. Two different animals completely.
I can tell you that the U.S. Allies or even U.S. MIlitary alone has done more GOOD then all those others combined. From saving generations from tyranny, genocide, starvation, slaughter, natural disasters of all kinds have been done by organized militaries of allied nations and have resulted in good and peace.
When Eisenhower spoke of the Military Industrial Complex he said we should fear it and avoid it. He didn't say it IS and has always been. Of course I'm not saying that greed and power hungry people and war mongers don't exists. But a lot of the rhetoric here on QBN is basically the military are Baby Killers mentality from Vietnam. Now I admit I may be biased since I was a U.S. Marine for five years.
And what about James Foley and Daniel Pearl did those guys die for some invisible evil? Were these events all made up by the media and our war pigs around a big round table in some dark room? Do you think about the families of these guys? the colleagues of theirs that are still there trying to find truth and tell stories? the students they taught and inspired at Universities across the world?
sorry i'm rambling at this point

LOLset - never took a history class?HijoDMaite

"The government and media have blown the Islamist terrorism threat out of proportion, giving extremists publicity that is counter-productive, a former head of Britain's intelligence service has said."

Sounds like his solutions make the same sense today as they did then, but so far, there is no "diplomacy".

Interesting read:
"The key political question is whether the simple fact of ISIS' successes, and the full manifestation (flowering) of all the original pieties and vanguardism of the archetypal impulse, will stimulate and activate the dissenter 'gene' -- within the Saudi kingdom. If it does, and Saudi Arabia is engulfed by the ISIS fervor, the Gulf will never be the same again. Saudi Arabia will deconstruct and the Middle East will be unrecognizable."

Correct? [there's one for the Bible, too] Gotta love religion.

what's with the map? are they planning elimination of germany, as well as east europe dominated by bulgaria and poland?
- the map above doesn't show them in europemonospaced
- Look closer, mono.detritus
- maybe ISIS designers were lazy and took a map from the peak of the arab empire in 800AC or something, and just changed namesyovkov
- or they run simulations on Sid Meyer's Civ2yovkov
- I take it you are American yovkovHAYZ1LLLA
- Maybe we're looking at different maps. :(monospaced
- hmm maybe.. the map from the 1st post, huge black territory?
yovkov - Yeah, it's nowhere near Germany.monospaced
- yeah it's not, but can you find germany on the map? or romania or austria serbia etc? look at europeyovkov
- I'm not trying to argue, I'd like to be educated. Please help me understand, thanks.monospaced
- I used to live in Germany. I know where it is. But on that map the closest the black goes is Turkey?monospaced
- I'm with you here mono. yovkov is making no sense at all LOLHAYZ1LLLA
- He's talking about the big white aggregation, you daft muppets.detritus
- And I was under the impression that the black area was the one being indicated.monospaced
- why do you rush to insult instead of just maybe trying to help explain? Is the white a threatened area on the map?monospaced
- oh get over yourself, mono. Jesus. 'daft muppets' isn't an insult you overly-sensitive prick (that's an insult)detritus
- So you're saying the white area is Isis too? Really? I would insult your intelligence but won't stoop to your cunt level.monospaced
- No one's saying that, mono - jesus, have you no competence at lateral thought.. at all?detritus
- Just because YOU don't follow, doesn't mean everyone else is wrong!detritus
- Do you not, through the notes here, recognise WHY people accuse you of being autistic?detritus
- fuck's sake, man.detritus
- all I'm saying is that the map shows in no way that isis' plans are in europe, and you did say the white areamonospaced
- now, if that simple fact that I thought the black area, with the logo, was the plan makes me autisticmonospaced
- then I guess I am, but trust me, nobody here except yovkov or you sees thatmonospaced
- so maybe you should focus on your own behavior instead of mine, because in this case your'e the one who's being autisticmonospaced

look hijo, I've got plenty of jar heads and friends in the US mil, sadly the brainwashing is quite effective, I remember trying to tell them saddam had nothing to do with 9/11 or that he didn't have WMDs but it was like talking to plants,
now look at this list, you can start at 1900 if you want and tell me how the M.I.C isn't using the us army to push the us hegemony all over the world.
I would also like if you could provide me a detailed list of all the good the military has done in the last 100 years, so I can balance it my point of view
- well i don't want to defend the U.S. military there is a reason I got out. but still I have pride in my country and respect for some of those in charge.HijoDMaite
- especially having lived and visited many places on earth where people don't have the same opportunities.HijoDMaite
- I just ordered the book off amazon by the way.HijoDMaite
- I'm not talking badly about you or the us populace, but those in power around the world don't care about us, thanks for vuying the vookGeorgesII

With the ISIS threat on Putin and Russia, it's probably only a matter of time before we see the US and Russia collaborating to remove as many of these guys as they can. And I hope we get some major Muslim leaders speaking out on this group.
At the same time, I have a bad feeling there's going to be an attack of some sort in the US or UK. There's just so much room for things to go wrong right now. It's an unsettling feeling.
- Londonistan may be next...robotron3k
- yeah.. there's many of em' still in USA and UK and elsewhere. We all know it's gonna happend.benfal99

ISIS = CIA
Let's break this down.Ok, so I is the roman numeral for 1. S looks a lot like 5, so what ISIS really means is 1515. 1+5=6, twice. Now, C is the 3rd letter of the alphabet, I is already proven to be 1, and A is the 1st letter of the alphabet. 3+1+1=5.
6. 6. 5.
665. The neighbour of the beast.
