    Let's break this down.

    Ok, so I is the roman numeral for 1. S looks a lot like 5, so what ISIS really means is 1515. 1+5=6, twice. Now, C is the 3rd letter of the alphabet, I is already proven to be 1, and A is the 1st letter of the alphabet. 3+1+1=5.
