You better report back, I hate reading these types of posts and no one ever comes back and tells us how it ends. Its like watching a season of a show and it gets cancelled.

Sorry forgot most important part - docs believe my median nerve has been stretched:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Med…Great!
- rootlock0
Nerve damage takes forever to heal, a nurse put a needle in my median nerve and my hand was messed up for at least six months. In Canada you would have no case:
In Canada, bouncers have the right to use reasonable force to expel intoxicated or aggressive patrons. First, the patron must be asked to leave the premises. If the patron refuses to leave, the bouncer can use reasonable force to expel the patron. This has been upheld in a number of court cases.
This would be considered reasonable force. Once the Judge finds out you were asked to leave, and you said no, it's go time.

I feel for you mate but you can't fucking sue. They asked you to leave and you refused. As stated above they have the right to use force to remove you...

You took pictures of any visible bruising?

As a guy who's shot his share of injury lawyer commercials i can tell you that you should at least talk to the injury lawyer - the kind of verdicts they usually get in cases you would think have no chance in court is unbelievable. NOBODY here knows the law, so best bet is for you ta talk to the lawyer. Unlike the typical "talk to the lawyer" advice - this one talk doesn't cost you anything up front.
- Oh, you mean bottom feeding lawyers.MarleyMarl
- i mean the guys who get millions per case.pr2
- Yeah. Scum sucking bottom feeders.MarleyMarl
- idea of your bottom and mine seems to differ vastly.pr2

Did you get a sonogram long with the X-ray? Xray will only show bone damage. Sonogram will show flesh/nerve damage, which id wager is your issue.
- Thanks, i will see what the hand clinic thinks, cheersrabbit

^ It's not like they did this to you. You were drunk and obnoxious enough to be told to leave... you refused.. you were forcely removed.. and now your hand hurts. Frivolous lawsuit bullshit in my opinion. That's why casinos and bars employe bouncers / security. To get rid of people that shouldn't be there.

It's a war injury. Be proud. Move the f*ck onward.

To provide some further details i have talked to lawyers and it is the type of case they would be interested in. To quite:
"If you sustained an injury in a public place, we would be interested in taking a look at that."
I am a sole trader, i now have no income and 24/7 pain.
Just returned from hospital and have been diagnosed with Neurapraxia.
I was never rude, aggressive or threatening to security, in fact i was being completely calm and polite. I think you are perhaps thinking i was being an uncooth drunkard, thats simply not the case. My language was simply offensive at the table.
We will be pursuing the case 100% and hard.
I am visiting the hand clinic this week. Thank god i live in Australia. Walked into the brand new emergency room was triaged within 10mins, with doctor within 20mins, the longest i had to wait was about 45mins for the codeine pills. Of course, all of this care and attention, medicine, is free!!

Surely reasonable force != injury in consideration to the 'offence and nature/behaviour of individual, if i punched someone, maybe. All i did was use under the breath foul language at the table. NEVER at security etc.
- multiply drunk memory x10cannonball1978
- Actually, its all on tape and is the only leg i have to stand on, i was never anything but polite once security spoke to me.rabbit
- I am a regular there and know the deal.rabbit

Despite what others will say about your character, how you're pursuing this, or our litigious society, I wish you the best and a speedy recovery. In lieu of a speedy recovery, I hope you're compensated for what you're going through.
I've seen the gang and mob mentality that bouncers employ. While a man was on the floor, I saw a bouncer holding his leg straight so that the other 200+ pounder could jump on his knee and try and snap his leg (unsuccessfully, thank God). I'd like to think that at a casino they're professionals, but in any situation where there's adrenaline, testosterone and a gang of heavies, I'm more inclined to believe that shit can get out of control fast. You only have to show the whites of your teeth to these cretins sometimes and that's enough to get your ass handed to you.

Your story is contradicting and this thread can now be used as evidence by the casino.
"After asking if i was refusing to leave and answering yes I was understandably picked and handled roughly by two guards one at each arm and tossed out.
That is all fine, I get that. Never been kicked out of anything in my life but last night i was drunk and i had no problem with having to be removed."
1. You were asked to leave private property and refused
2. You admit to being loud and belligerent
3. You admit that you had the opportunity to leave peacefully but instead choose to be a dick which lead to your forceable removalGood fucking luck. In fact, what is said casino so that I can send them this thread if you're so confident in that you were wronged.
- rabbit0
Lol.
I will let the video and audio evidence speak for itself.
The law might be different here in Australia, the Casino is actually a public place. The lawyers are already taking on the case and its no win no pay, so they obviously see something.
I will happily keep you posted MarleyMarl, you jerk.
- a casino is a private establishment, and very fucking far from a public placemonospaced
- rabbit0
Oh, here is the kicker MarleyMarl.
Said casino security have actually already killed a guy not many years ago. They are currently discussing payout for that case as we speak. So locally its a sensitive issue. GFY.

Quote from above story:
She was held in a twisted wrist lock before being ejected onto the street.
