Water or club soda with lemon. The lemon helps to detox your body and it's actually tasty.

i've been there... i used to be a heavy soda drinker. i never buy soda anymore. I drink it occasionally.
i switched to drinking flavored seltzers. it was fun, though realized they never quenched my thirst! they recommend mixing water with lemons, limes. people also recommend buying a water bottle as scientifically its been found to increase water consumption. but cutting up fruit slices is tedious. Whats been working for me is mixing fruit juices like the cranberry/ strawberry, peach, etc... with water. If you enjoy vitamin water, then this will truly work for you. Vitamins, anti-oxidents mixed with pure hydration! That truly works. Get a Brita, or boil your water with a boiler helps me increase water consumption.

If you find coke is too saccharine, just add pinch or two of salt.

I went from coca cola and my dew code red hourly until I was waking up in the middle of the night needing my caffeine fix. I stopped cold turkey with orange juice and water. To subside the headaches, I ate more fish whose omega 3s & fatty acids are a big help during that caffeine weaning. The OJ helped me have the sweet while in the back of my mind I knew it wouldn't last due to the high acid levels. I was drinking a large simply orange bottle a day for the first couple weeks as I drank water on a schedule to properly hydrate myself. A year + later I'm caffeine free, even chocolate, drinking mostly water with the occasional Jarritos because they are caffeine free made with real sugar. I wish you luck and offer that each day it gets easier. You'll feel much better very soon.

Fresh Lime Soda! I got addicted when I was in India... it's a bit odd at first, but I came to really love it....
